The year is over and a new one has begun. A sentence with so much optimism in it. It kind of shows I like to believe in fairy tales. But even amid all these ‘new beginnings’ I still haven’t started on the fifth part of Creation – well, not directly anyway. I am still toying… Continue reading Indigenous Chapter Two

I have been lots of things to many people. Some nice, and some... well not so nice. Now I am older and less worried about what people think of me.
My past is colorful, sad and happy. Filled with lots of unique people.
I have been blessed in this way. I have walked with people in all walks of life, and I have loved each journey, and each and everyone of them.
Now, I write. It is a new road. It is not a highway or a crossroad. It leads me somewhere though, and as I have always spent my life travelling, this suits me fine.
Indigenous Chapter One
I had planned to start the blog on the third book ‘Indigenous’ after Christmas. However, as I am not in the mood to work on the fifth book, motivation collapse – I will start. The book opens with George writing a letter to his dad. Sometimes, when I read this letter, I find myself not… Continue reading Indigenous Chapter One
Revelations Chapter Fourteen
So we have reached the closing chapter to part two Revelations. Another accomplishment. I am not going to give any clues as to what happens, as that would take away the fun of reading it, but it does continue with Jessie, her kiss, and Evylin. I remember writing this chapter clearly. It flowed. It was… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Fourteen
Revelations Chapter Thirteen
This chapter is all about Jessie. My sometimes ‘favorite’ character. My personal preferences change with each new chapter. After having read this one, I ended up asking myself whether it was possible for a man to really write about a believable young female character. I work a lot with children, and I also have kids… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Thirteen
Revelations Chapter Twelve
I think part of the joy in writing is the way the scenes play themselves out inside my mind. If I can see it, then I can describe it – it could possibly be real. Another part is the research. I mentioned this in an earlier blog, and how much fun I find in learning… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Twelve
Revelations Chapter Eleven
Having re-read this chapter, what I find most enjoyable about it is its speed. The story rushes along, but not with superhero characters but – normal kids. Evylin continues in her role as the more experienced player, this might have to do with the fact that I was taught girls matured earlier than boys –… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Eleven
Revelations Chapter Ten
Although this chapter carries on with the story of Evylin and George crossing level three, what I remember most about writing it, was all the time spent in research. There are so many different scenes inside my head that needed to be explained. And of course, in doing so I didn’t want to write cliches… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Ten
Revelations Chapter Nine
Another lazy Sunday… I always feel the term ‘lazy’ is accusing me of not having done enough. Was I lazy this Sunday? How much time do I need to spend doing something for it not to have been a lazy day? Yes, this is the kind of inane thoughts that run through my mind, almost… Continue reading Revelations Chapter Nine
Revelations: Chapter Eight
Don’t you just love pointless but amusing coincidences? I am finally back writing my blog and guess what – it’s chapter eight – the number’s the coincidence. Some of you might say, it wasn’t that long ago to have forgotten, and for you, this may be true. I misplace words and memories in my mind… Continue reading Revelations: Chapter Eight
Apologizes
If anyone is reading this, please allow me to apologize for not writing a weekly chapter analysis as promised, the last few weeks. I am extremely busy trying to finish I am GoD EI8HT. Not only is the story becoming more complicated, but the cover artwork too. Second, my motivation or the energy to continue… Continue reading Apologizes
